Laughing Gecko Bungalows Review – Ao Nang, Thailand

Our stay in Laughing Gecko Bungalows in Ao Nang, Thailand was for two weeks. We stayed in standard bamboo bungalow. We fall in love with the place and meet the best person – Nui (owner).

Rooms [star rating=”4″]

The room in bungalow was enough for us, quite big with comparing to other bungalow. Our standard bungalow was with large and comfortable bed and also with mosquito net. Hot in the room wasn’t big problem because on the room you have also one fan. Sometime we have new animal friend on the room, but it was okay, because it’s part of nature and the bungalows are right in the middle of nature, so it’s absolutely normal.

Bathroom [star rating=”4″]

The benefit in Laughing Gecko bungalows was that, the bathroom have rooftop and light. We were in bungalows in Koh Lanta and there we didn’t have light and rooftop in bathroom. Bathroom is with Thai toilet and normal shower head.

Location [star rating=”5″]

Location of bungalows was perfect. The bungalows are located in beautiful nature and quiet location. Very close to Noppharathara Beach, just 50 meters. Same distance to street with food, supermarkets and restaurants.

Staff [star rating=”5″]

The owner of bungalows is Nui and he is the best person we met in the Thailand. Very wise, friendly and helpful man. He helped us to save lot of money, give lot of positive energy and love.

Facilities [star rating=”4″]

In the price of the bungalows you can also enjoy playing ball pool. If you are hungry and tired you can ask for a dinner around 150 baht/person.

Price/Quality [star rating=”4″]

The price for standard bungalow with large bed room for two person is for 500baht/night. It was the best price for the quality and location in Ao Nang.
